ELEON originates from carefully selected, hand-picked groves. It is a monovarietal olive oil crafted from the Megaritiki olive variety.
The harvest takes place while the fruit is still unripe in early November, bestowing high nutritional value upon the product along with fresh aromas of green fruits and herbs. Immediate cold extraction highlights the authentic flavor profile and the pure aromatic signature of the grove.
